Josh joined forces with JRE in 2019 after nearly a decade with the Latter & Blum family of companies. He currently serves as the Director of Property Management for JRE, overseeing a property management portfolio of over 60 properties totaling nearly 1.9M square feet located in Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, and Tennessee. As Director, Josh plays an integral role in furthering JRE’s success in current and future real estate projects as well as ensuring the day-to-day operations of the organization are running smoothly.

In his active role with JRE, Josh works with owners and tenants to further the success of each side, ultimately enhancing the value and return on investment for the commercial real estate owner. As a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he also understands the unique situations that operating large commercial properties often encounter in the gulf south market. Whether working to protect and preserve client real estate assets through hurricanes or other operating challenges, Josh brings a vast network of real estate professionals and industry vendors together for the success of his clients.

Josh is married and enjoys spending time on the water or attending sporting events with his wife, Leslie and son, CB. He is an active parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church volunteering his time with various church and school endeavors.
