Alex Knight is a dedicated commercial real estate professional with more than 18 years of
experience helping clients navigate complex property transactions. Specializing in investment
sales, retail leasing, site selection, tenant representation, development and redevelopment, Alex
combines market expertise with a client-first approach to deliver measurable results.

Throughout his career, Alex has represented investors, developers, property owners, tenants, and
landlords across a range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and multi family.With his strong negotiation skills, analytical insight, and detailed approach, Alex has successfully closed transactions valued in excess of $100,000,000 and directly participated in the development and redevelopment of more than 600,000 SF of retail space.

Alex received both his Bachelor of Science degree and his MBA from Louisiana State
University. He is a Baton Rouge native and in his free time enjoys golf, LSU sports, and
traveling with his wife and three children.
