We are constantly combing through real estate listings, reaching out to our broker networks and talking to real estate owners in search of assets that we believe possess exceptional fundamentals of Real Estate. These are properties that we believe are solid investments today, tomorrow, and into the future – even after we have disposed of it. With strong leases, creditworthy tenants and desirable locations, we believe these properties will withstand the test of time. Through our network of private investors like yourself, we acquire these assets and provide our investors with a stable, risk-adjusted return on their investment.
Each property that we underwrite goes through a rigorous due diligence process by our team. If it meets our high standards, then we will put together and send out a detailed Offering Memorandum through our online Investor Portal (click here to create an account). YOU can decide if the time is right for you to invest or not. Once fully subscribed, we will close the subscription and move forward with acquisition. Our team handles every step of the process, from procurement to distribution, and you (the investor) get to enjoy the benefits of commercial real estate investment!

Once you become an investor with JRE, you will see that we have partnered with Juniper Square, an industry-defining software company that provides companies like us with state-of-the-art communication and asset reporting to our partners. You will have access to our custom-built software platform, and will be able to view (on demand) everything from your personal return metrics to closing documents and K1’s. We pride ourselves on offering accredited investors a variety of risk-adjusted investment opportunities, along with the relevant information they deserve to see.
