JRE Rebrands and Strengthens Brokerage Services with Strategic Team Expansion
JRE, a full-service commercial real estate firm serving Louisiana and the Gulf South, is proud to announce bold organizational changes, including restructuring and rebranding of its existing companies, and the strategic addition of two seasoned real estate leaders.
Will Chadwick and Mark Segalla have been tapped to lead the newly renamed JRE Brokerage (formerly Jarreau Real Estate) as it continues to grow its presence in the market through third party commercial real estate brokerage. Under their leadership, JRE Brokerage will operate alongside the firm’s Development, Property Management, and Capital divisions under a unified brand, supported by JRE’s 20+ full time staff.

Segalla brings extensive multifamily expertise from across Louisiana, including his role as co-presenter of the multifamily segment at the annual TRENDS Seminar hosted by the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS®. Chadwick brings unmatched experience in the retail sector, representing several of South Louisiana’s most notable retail developments and playing a key role in attracting prominent retailers and restaurants to the region. He was chosen as one of Baton Rouge’s 40 under 40, highlighting the impact his work has had on the Baton Rouge community.

Recent highlights include the development and $35 million sale of Rivermark Phase 1, a 200,000-square-foot joint venture with local developer Chad Brossett, and the launch of a 185-acre industrial subdivision co-developed with Ratcliff Development of Alexandria, LA.
