JRE’s extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate spans 30+ years, with a total development portfolio of nearly $350,000,000 and 4,000,000 sf. While participating in some multifamily development early on, JRE’s expertise and focus is and has always been retail commercial real estate, being a well-recognized leader in its local AND regional retail markets. Our relationships run deep and wide with both regional AND national retail tenants, and they continue to grow as we expand our portfolio. These relationships allow JRE to drive significant value to its investors in a way others may not be able to. JRE closed on $45MM worth of real estate in the last 12 months and is currently making an average distribution of 10% COC to its investors on these assets – more to come!
